Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle FCCS Lead to spearhead our financial consolidation and close cloud initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with deep expertise in Oracle FCCS and a proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations.

This role demands strong functional and technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across finance and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle FCCS solutions
  • Manage end-to-end FCCS implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and go-live support
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to optimize consolidation, close, and reporting processes
  • Translate business requirements into FCCS configurations and integrations
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and internal controls
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
  • Mentor junior team members and guide cross-functional teams during project execution
  • Coordinate with Oracle support and vendors for issue resolution and enhancements

Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Oracle FCCS certification is a plus

Experience Requirements

  • Total Work Experience in EPM – 10+ Yrs
  • FCCS Experience (End to End Implementation) – Minimum 5

Desired Skills

  • Deep understanding of financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and currency translation
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM suite (FCCS, ARCS, TRCS, etc.)
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines
  • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Oracle Data Management, FDMEE)
