We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Consultant Specialist.

Roles & Responsibilities:
•    As an Oracle Product Specialist (Consultant Specialist), develop, implement, maintain and support a strategic Collateral & Limits Management program within Credit & Lending IT.
•    Assist Pod Lead with the overall business technology planning.
•    As a senior consultant specialist, provide guidance to the team to design, develop, test and implement responsive web applications / APIs 
•    Ensure the quality of deliveries and ensure conformance to processes and practices.
•    Delivering well structured, maintainable and fully tested systems to time and budget
•    Working through the development and support phases of project delivery.


•    Taking ownership of the technical design and associated design documentation and participate in design reviews.
•    Mature DevSecOps adoption across the projects closely collaborating with global/regional team, adopting agile and innovative ideas.

Requirements/Key Skills
•    Hands-on development experience using Oracle Banking Extensible Workbench(OBX) for OBMA products using Oracle and Open standard tools, technology and development practices
•    Technically strong in Creating microservices and its corresponding RestAPI Endpoints.(Springboot application development)
•    Design Microservices and understanding the fabric for dependent technical micro services.
•    Good understanding on Cloud architecture, Kubernetes, Pods deployment of Application
•    Working directly with architects & IT leads to ensure newer capabilities are built applying right design principles
•    Working with remote and geographically distributed teams in using the right building blocks and making them consumable by other products easily
•    Understanding the requirements from the Product Owners
•    Understanding the Technical Design from the Technical Lead
•    Estimating the development efforts
•    Working on Agile/ Water Fall based development methodology
•    Developing the code that aligns to the technical design and coding standards.
•    Conduct Peer-Code Reviews for early detection of defects and code quality
•    Write unit test cases for Unit testing the code and automating using CI CD.
•    Support the testing phase (System Testing, SIT, UAT, Non-Regression Testing) and ensure quick turnaround of defect fixes.
•    Ensure customer success including delivering fixes/patches as needed
•    Open to learn new technologies as per project need and deliver the tasks as required.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
•    Oracle OBMA suite of products – OBCFPM 
•    Oracle OBELCM
•    Core Banking experience with emphasis on Corporate Credit Lending, Facilities Management, Collateral Management
•    Flexcube
•    Oracle Banking Extensible Workbench (OBX) for OBMA products using Oracle and Open standard tools, technology and development practices.
•    Excellent knowledge in Relational Database like Oracle, MySQL etc.
•    Excellent knowledge of micro-services and API design principles (API development)
•    Continuous integration and continuous delivery using DevOps tools like Maven, Jenkins, Git etc.
•    Experience in working on tools for Performance testing and Performance tuning
•    Good communication skills both written and verbal.
•    Comfortable operating in an “agile” development team, self-starting, motivated.
•    Good deadline management and communication for delays, slippages.
•    Ability to mentor, coach and guide junior team members without compromising on personal deliverables
