Job description

Mantras2success Consultants is seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Program Manager – Finance on a consulting basis.

Our client has chosen Oracle as their Global ERP, and this senior role will lead and coordinate the Oracle Fusion Finance module implementation across multiple global entities.

You will work closely with internal teams, implementation partners, and CXO-level stakeholders, making this a high-visibility role critical to ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of the new finance system across diverse geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion Finance implementation, including modules like GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Tax, and Budgeting.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with CXOs, Finance Heads, and Global Process Owners to gather requirements, validate solutions, and drive standardization of financial processes.
  • Program Governance: Manage vendor delivery, program governance, and ensure stakeholder alignment across various countries and business units.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Define and monitor implementation timelines, maintain issue logs, manage risk registers, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Deployment Coordination: Coordinate critical activities such as data migration, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), end-user training, and cutover planning for finance teams globally.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to finance compliance requirements, including multi-GAAP, multi-currency, and local statutory needs.
  • Liaison & Change Management: Act as a primary liaison between business users and the Oracle implementation team to drive solution fitment and effective change management.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of overall ERP experience, with at least 5 years specifically in Oracle Fusion Finance Program Management.
  • Successfully led at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion Finance implementations in a global or multi-entity environment.
  • Strong experience working with or for global manufacturing/logistics/Supply Chain organizations.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to present to and influence CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Hands-on knowledge of key Oracle Fusion Finance modules, including their configuration and integration points.
  • Experience in managing multiple vendors, System Integrator (SI) partners, and internal cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

  • Oracle Cloud Financials Certification
  • PMP or PRINCE2 Certification
  • Familiarity with SOX, statutory compliance, and tax localization (India, UK, EU, ASEAN, US)
  • Strong understanding of Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, FRS, Smart View)
