<p><p><b>Designation : </b> Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant<br/><br/><b>Location : </b> Remote<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b> 3 to 5 years <br/><br/><b>Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Work with business users to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.<br/><br/>- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud applications to meet business needs.<br/><br/>- Provide expertise in multiple Fusion modules such as Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), HCM, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Projects.<br/><br/>- Assist with design software test plans, perform system testing, UAT support, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migrations, and custom reports.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolution.<br/><br/>- Develop training materials and deliver end-user training sessions.<br/><br/>- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and recommend relevant enhancements.<br/><br/>- Support post-implementation activities, including user support and system optimization.<br/><br/>- Create functional and technical specifications and documentation for required Fusion software development changes, as well as implementing these specifications.<br/><br/>- Data analysis and creation of OTBI, Financial Reporting Center, Smartview, and ad-hoc queries / reports.<br/><br/>- Proactively identify issues and recommend solutions.<br/><br/>- Determine feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.<br/><br/>- Guide development teams through development life cycles to ensure project success within expected scope, budget, and timeline.<br/><br/>- Support fixing applications through SIT, UAT, and post project implementation.<br/><br/>- Manages large project implementations, design and solution development.<br/><br/><b>Required Experience & Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant (minimum 35 years preferred).<br/><br/>- Experience working on full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.<br/><br/>- Hands-on expertise in multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.<br/><br/>- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations, testing, and deployment.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of business processes related to Finance, HR, Procurement, or Supply Chain.<br/><br/>- Ability to utilize SQL for ad hoc queries (e.g., complex queries, insert / update / delete statements)<br/><br/>- Good understanding of integrations, reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Smartview, Financial Reporting Center), and data migration.<br/><br/>- Experience with modules like Financials, Procurement, Logistics, Order Management / Shipping, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and Payroll<br/><br/>- Experience with AP ACH and AP Positive Pay<br/><br/>- Responsible for requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation<br/><br/>- Ability to troubleshoot production issues following company and client standard procedures<br/><br/>- Excellent documentation skills (e.g., training documentation, standard operating procedures, design specifications, other reference material)<br/><br/>- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
