<p></p><p><b>Job Summary :</b><br/><br/></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead to drive end-to-end implementation and rollout projects.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules and be capable of leading complex solutioning from a functional and business perspective.
Strong leadership, communication skills, and hands-on technical knowledge are Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Lead the end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and rollout projects.<br/><br/><p></p><p>- Own and drive the overall Oracle Fusion HCM solution design for complex and large-scale projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide subject matter expertise across multiple Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including:<br/><br/></p><p>- Global Core HR<br/><br/></p><p>- Absence Management<br/><br/></p><p>- Recruitment<br/><br/></p><p>- Help Desk<br/><br/></p><p>- Workforce<br/><br/></p><p>- Benefits<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on configuration and support for Fusion Cloud Payroll, HDL, HCM Extracts, and Integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Act as the functional lead in client-facing roles, managing communication, expectation setting, and solution delivery.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and data migrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure timely delivery of solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices and knowledge Skills & Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Minimum 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.<br/><br/><p></p><p>- Proven track record in leading Fusion HCM projects in client-facing roles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong business process knowledge and functional expertise in multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in Payroll, HDL, HCM Extracts, and integration points.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) mandatory.<br/><br/></p><p>- Oracle Certification in any HCM-related technology Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Oracle Cloud HCM Certification(s)<br/><br/><p></p><p>- Experience working with global clients or in multi-country implementations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to Agile or Hybrid project management methodologies.</p><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
