<p><p><b>Job Description : </b><br/><br/><b>Your day-to-day :</b><br/><br/>- Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of OTL Cloud implementations;<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage full-cycle OTL projects, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support;<br/><br/></p><p>- Deliver end-to-end OTL implementations, particularly for U.S. clients, integrated with Oracle Cloud Payroll and Oracle Projects;<br/><br/></p><p>- Work in close collaboration with Core HR and Absence Management teams to align configurations and dependencies;<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure custom Time Entry, Validation, Calculation, and Workforce Compliance rules;<br/><br/></p><p>- Handle functional integrations with biometric/clock-in devices and manage OTL Rest API-based integrations;<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and maintain custom reports using Oracle BI Publisher for time tracking and analytics;<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay updated on Oracle quarterly product releases and assess the impact on OTL configurations and workflows;<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with technical teams on the design of interfaces and reports related to OTL data;<br/><br/></p><p>- Serve as the primary functional point of contact for OTL-related queries, configurations, and best practices.<br/><br/><b>Extra edge :</b><br/><br/>- Experience working in client-facing roles across dynamic, multi-client environments;<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and adapting configurations accordingly;<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to other Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, or Payroll;<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to coordinate with technical work streams to translate functional needs into technical solutions.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
