Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM solutions.
- Perform functional configurations in modules such as:
- Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
- Procurement / SCM
- HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Talent) – if applicable
- Develop custom reports, data extracts, and extensions using:
- BI Publisher / OTBI
- FBDI (File-Based Data Import)
- BIP templates and data models
- HDL (HCM Data Loader – for HCM)
- Customize and integrate using SOAP/REST APIs, ADF, Web Services, and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
- Manage and troubleshoot workflows, security roles, and approval hierarchies.
- Perform data migration, UAT support, and post-production bug fixes.
- Create functional and technical design documents, user guides, and training materials.
- Work closely with business users, QA, and Oracle support to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud as a techno-functional consultant.
- Hands-on experience in one or more Oracle Fusion modules: ERP (Finance/Procurement), HCM, or SCM.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and FBDI/HDL.
- Experience with data conversion and integration tools (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Strong understanding of functional processes like procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, etc.
Desirable:
- Oracle Cloud certifications in ERP, HCM, or SCM.
- Knowledge of OIC, Oracle SaaS security model, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Experience in multi-pillar implementations or Fusion upgrades.
