<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/><b>Job Title :</b> Senior Fusion SCM Consultant<br/><br/><b>Experience Required :</b> 15+ Years<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Pune / Hyd<br/><br/><b>Role Overview :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior SCM Consultant to join our dynamic team.<br/><br/></p><p>- The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions, with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.<br/><br/></p><p>- The candidate must have completed at least 3 to 4 full-cycle Fusion SCM implementations and should be well-versed in a wide range of modules including Inventory, Product Data Hub (PDH), Purchasing, Order Orchestration, Manufacturing and Costing, and Supply and Demand Planning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prior experience in presales support activities is a must.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations across multiple modules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct requirements gathering sessions and design best-in-class solutions aligning with business needs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion SCM modules : Inventory, PDH, Purchasing, Order Orchestration, Manufacturing, Costing, and Planning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive workshops, solution demos, and training sessions for client stakeholders and end-users.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Projects, and Technical Teams to ensure successful project delivery.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support presales initiatives including solutioning, client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and demonstrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in SCM Cloud offerings during customer discussions and internal enablement.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prepare functional documentation (BRD, MD50, Test Scripts, Training Materials).<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support activities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion releases and product roadmap to advise clients appropriately.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills and Experience :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- 15+ years of total SCM experience with a minimum of 5+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.<br/><br/></p><p>- 3 to 4 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations, preferably in a lead or principal consultant role.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep functional knowledge and hands-on experience in :<br/><br/></p><p>1.

Purchasing.<br/><br/></p><p>4.
Order Management and Orchestration.<br/><br/></p><p>5.

Supply Planning and Demand Planning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of business processes across Supply Chain domains.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in presales activities including solution design, estimations, proposal creation, and client presentations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically and strategically.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/>- Oracle Fusion SCM Certifications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working with global teams and multiple industries.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to Oracle PaaS Extensions for SCM.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience integrating Fusion SCM with other ERP or legacy systems.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
