Job Title: Junior IT Support Analyst (Oracle HCM) -

About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and tech-savvy individuals to join our global IT help desk as Junior IT Support Analysts.

You will be the first point of contact, troubleshooting issues and guiding users through core HCM processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user inquiries related to payroll, time and labor, benefits, employee profiles, and other HCM modules.
- Guide end-users step-by-step through system navigation and standard operational flows.
- Document, track, and manage support tickets using our IT service management (ITSM) tool.
- Escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2 support specialists as needed.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating support articles.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Demonstrable end-user experience with Oracle HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, or Fusion HCM (e.g., using the system for HR-related tasks in a previous role).
- A strong customer-service orientation and a patient, helpful demeanor.
- The ability to quickly learn new software and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to build a technical career and learn Oracle systems from the ground up.
