<p><p><b>Position :</b> Oracle HCM<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Offshore Bangalore<br/><br/><b>Experience Level :</b> 8+ Years<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Work with business stakeholders to understand their HR and payroll processes and gather requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business needs (Core HR, Recruitment, Talent and other modules).<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform technical integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, and HDL/FDI.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage data migrations and validations during implementations or upgrades.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform unit, system, and user acceptance testing to validate configurations and developments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide post-implementation support and resolve incidents as per SLA.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deliver user training and documentation for HCM functionalities and enhancements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify opportunities for system improvements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM updates, patches, and new features.<br/><br/><p><b>Technical Skills :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Expertise in HCM tools like BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.<br/><br/></p><p>- Should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HDL, HSDL, Application Security, Workflows, Alerts and Notifications, Page Customizations & Extensions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Should have expertise in Data migration from Legacy system to cloud HCM, should be able to individually able to prepare data sheet and perform data loading.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Oracle Cloud Integration tools and APIs (REST/SOAP).<br/><br/></p><p>- Apex and ATP.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop Integrations between Fusion HCM and other platforms using OIC.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop SaaS extensions using VBCS.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and debugging tools.<br/><br/><p><b>Functional Skills :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Strong understanding of HR business processes and workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Must have experience in Core HR, Recruitment and additionally knowledge of other modules (Absence, Payroll, Talent).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in Security roles and Privileges, AOR.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good to have exposure on Compensation Work force and HR Help desk and Employee Engagement Modules.<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM as a Techno-Functional Consultant.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven track record of successful Oracle HCM implementations and support.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
