<p>Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Modify/Configure and maintain Benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles<br/><br/>- Support Open Enrollment and Life Event processing<br/><br/>- Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL data loads<br/><br/>- Build and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards<br/><br/>- Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance<br/><br/>- Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution<br/><br/>- Conduct functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments<br/><br/>- Document configurations, processes, and change requests<br/><br/>Required Skills :<br/><br/>- 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 in Benefits<br/><br/>- Understanding of Benefits setup, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows<br/><br/>- Proficiency in building/modifying Extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas<br/><br/>- Experience with HCM Extracts and third-party integrations<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or Agile practice<br/><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
