Job Role: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Trainer)
Type: Contract - Fully Remote/Part Time(half day- 3- 4hrs per day)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with a strong background in end-to-end implementation and functional training .
The role requires a hands-on expert who can design, deliver, and facilitate module-specific training sessions for internal teams and clients — ensuring both functional understanding and practical application across Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
The ideal candidate will combine deep functional knowledge , excellent presentation and communication skills , and a passion for knowledge transfer to upskill HCM users, consultants, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured functional and end-user training sessions across Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Develop training materials, process documentation, simulations, and knowledge assessments .
- Design and execute learning roadmaps aligned with organizational training needs.
- Deliver both functional process and hands-on system configuration training.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve course content.
- Support internal capability-building for new HCM functionalities and quarterly updates.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure accurate, up-to-date training content.
- Provide functional mentoring for consultants and client-side HR teams.
- Lead train-the-trainer (TTT) sessions for client stakeholders.
Required Experience and Skills
- 10+ years of overall experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (minimum 2–3 full-cycle implementations).
- 3+ years experience as a Trainer / Coach / Knowledge Enablement Consultant .
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in developing learning content, eLearning modules, and user adoption materials .
- Ability to translate business processes into system training effectively.
- Hands-on configuration experience and practical understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities.
