<p><p><b>Job Title :</b> Oracle HCM Core Support.<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Remote.<br/><br/><b>Work Hours :</b> Flexible, with required overlap for US Central Time (CST) collaboration.<br/><br/><b>About the Role :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a skilled and proactive HCM Functional Support Analyst to join our global HR technology team.<br/><br/>In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for providing functional support and maintenance for our core HCM platform.<br/><br/>You will ensure the stability, accuracy, and efficient operation of critical HR modules, directly impacting the employee experience across the organization.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Provide Tier 2/3 functional support for the HCM system, investigating and resolving issues related to Security, Core HR, Absence Management, and Organizational structures.<br/><br/>- Manage and troubleshoot configuration for modules including Geographies, Grade, Position Management, and Person Number Generation.<br/><br/>- Maintain and update AOR (Area of Responsibility) templates and security profiles.<br/><br/>- Support the Absence Management module, including policy configuration and leave accrual calculations.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with HR partners and IT teams in the US to analyze issues, design solutions, and implement fixes.<br/><br/>- Document processes, resolutions, and standard operating procedures for the support team.<br/><br/>- Perform routine system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications (Must-Haves) :</b><br/><br/>- 3+ years of hands-on functional support or administration experience with a major HCM platform (Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday).<br/><br/>- Proven expertise in supporting at least three of the following modules: Security, Core HR, Absence Management, Organizational Management (Positions, Geographies, Grades).<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on timely ticket resolution.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with a global user base.<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support cases simultaneously.<br/><br/>- Flexibility to work hours that overlap with the US Central Time zone.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications (Good-to-Have) :</b><br/><br/>- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is highly desirable.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of HR business processes and best practices.<br/><br/>- Experience in a similar support role for a US-based client or entity.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
