Role & Responsibilities
Oracle HCM Development & Customization
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle HCM solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion HCM and related technologies
- Customize Oracle HCM modules to align with business needs and functional requirements
- Integrate Oracle HCM with other enterprise applications to ensure seamless data exchange and automation
Collaboration & Support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions
- Provide expert-level support, troubleshoot system issues, and implement enhancements to optimize performance
- Develop and maintain technical documentation following Oracle standards and best practices
Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM updates and features
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by implementing automation and enhancing existing solutions
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM technical development and customizations
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM, PL/SQL, and core Oracle development tools
- Proven expertise in system integration and end-to-end technical deployment
- Ability to work independently in remote consulting environments
Preferred
- Certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
- Exposure to other Oracle ERP/HRMS modules
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills in fast-paced project settings
