<p><p><b>Role : Oracle HCM Techno-Functional</b><br/><br/> <b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/> - Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.<br/><br/> - Serve as a bridge between HR stakeholders and technical teams.<br/><br/> - Configure, customize, and maintain HCM modules like Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management.<br/><br/> - Design and build complex fast formulas, HCM Extracts, BI/OTBI reports, and HDL data loads.<br/><br/> - Analyze business requirements and recommend solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM best practices.<br/><br/> - Collaborate with end-users, HR business partners, and IT to gather requirements, provide training, and resolve issues.<br/><br/> - Manage enhancements, patch testing, regression testing, and UAT.<br/><br/> - Develop and support integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, etc.<br/><br/> - Maintain data integrity, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure system security compliance.<br/><br/> - Provide ongoing production support and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in HCM applications.<br/><br/> <b>Required Skills And Experience :</b><br/><br/> - 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience in a techno-functional role.<br/><br/> - Strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, and/or Talent Management.<br/><br/> - Experience with Oracle Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and HDL.<br/><br/> - Hands-on experience with data conversion, integrations (OIC, Web Services), and security roles setup.<br/><br/> - Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.<br/><br/> - Understanding of HR business processes (Hire-to-Retire lifecycle).<br/><br/> - Ability to document functional and technical specifications.<br/><br/> - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/> - Oracle Cloud Certification (preferred but not mandatory).<br/><br/> <b>Preferred Qualifications :</b><br/><br/> - Oracle HCM Cloud Certification in Core HR or other modules.<br/><br/> - Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.<br/><br/> - Prior involvement in at least 23 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.<br/><br/> - Experience working with global HR data and compliance (GDPR, SOX, etc.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
