Role: Oracle Order Management Business Analyst
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 12months
Location: India
Capacity: Full-time (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6–10 years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12), with expertise in Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing, and Procurement modules.
- Proven experience in end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations, system enhancements, and production support.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to map business requirements to Oracle functionalities effectively.
- Skilled in preparing functional design documents, test scripts, and end-user training materials.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with global business and technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred / Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) SCM modules or experience in migration projects.
- Working knowledge of Oracle APEX or BI Publisher for report development.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
- Oracle certification in SCM, Manufacturing, or Order Management modules.
