<p><p><b>Job Title : </b> Oracle PeopleSoft Consultant.<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b> 3-8 Years.<br/><br/><b>Job Type : </b> Full-Time / Contract.<br/><br/><b>Location : </b> Hybrid - Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Chennai, Kolkata.<br/><br/><b>Job Description : </b><br/><br/>We are seeking a skilled Oracle PeopleSoft Consultant with 5-7 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PeopleSoft modules and a strong understanding of business processes across Finance, HRMS, or Campus Solutions.<br/><br/>You will work on implementation, upgrade, and support projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid working environment.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Design, configure, and implement Oracle PeopleSoft solutions based on business requirements.<br/><br/>- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement within PeopleSoft modules (e.g., HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions).<br/><br/>- Perform technical and functional activities including system configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.<br/><br/>- Provide production support and troubleshooting, including performance tuning and issue resolution.<br/><br/>- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance activities.<br/><br/><b>Key Skills and Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- 3-8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle PeopleSoft (HRMS, FSCM, or other modules).<br/><br/>- Proficiency in PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, etc.).<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and integration technologies.<br/><br/>- Experience in upgrades, customizations, and end-to-end implementations.<br/><br/>- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.<br/><br/>- Experience working in Agile project environments.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud or migration from PeopleSoft to Cloud is a plus</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
