<p><p><b>Company Description :</b><br/><br/> ParamInfo is a global leader in providing consulting, IT services, IT solutions, and outsourcing.<br/><br/> We have operations in the UAE, India, and USA, and are one of the fastest-growing IT service providers.<br/><br/> Our professionalism, dedication, and passion for delivering quality solutions help streamline business and IT processes and improve business management.<br/><br/> We pride ourselves on result-oriented approaches and long-term successful relationships.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Job Title : </b>Oracle Practice Head</p><p><br/><b> Job Location : </b>Hyderabad<br/><br/><b>Job Summary :</b><br/><br/> Param Info is looking for an experienced and visionary Oracle Practice Head to lead, grow, and scale our Oracle solutions practice.<br/><br/> The incumbent will be responsible for managing a team of Oracle consultants, owning client delivery, building internal capability, and driving pre-sales and solutioning engagements for existing and new clients across the Middle East.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/><b>Practice Growth & Strategy :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p> - Drive strategic growth of the Oracle practice within Param Info across verticals like ERP, Finance, HCM, SCM, EPM, Analytics, and Cloud.<br/><br/></p><p> - Develop a roadmap for Oracle service offerings and ensure continuous enhancement of capabilities.<br/><br/></p><p> - Identify new Oracle modules and technologies for future practice expansion.<br/><br/><b>Team & Talent Management :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p> - Lead and manage a team of Oracle functional, technical, and techno-functional consultants.<br/><br/></p><p> - Recruit, onboard, and retain skilled Oracle professionals across various modules.<br/><br/></p><p> - Provide mentorship, performance reviews, and training plans for team development.<br/><br/><b>Client Engagement & Project Delivery :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p> - Act as the senior Oracle advisor for client engagements.<br/><br/></p><p> - Assist the team for any escalations.<br/><br/></p><p> - Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and recommend Oracle-based solutions.<br/><br/></p><p> - Ensure delivery of high-quality Oracle solutions within agreed resources, timelines, and budgets.<br/><br/></p><p> - Maintain high client satisfaction through regular reviews and proactive support.<br/><br/><b>Pre-Sales & Solutioning :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p> - Attend client meetings and presentations as a solution expert and Oracle domain leader.<br/><br/></p><p> - Lead the creation of proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution demonstrations.<br/><br/></p><p> - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to generate leads and close deals.<br/><br/><b>Operational Excellence :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p> - Define delivery models, methodologies, and best practices for Oracle projects.<br/><br/></p><p> - Track key performance metrics (utilization, profitability, delivery timelines).<br/><br/></p><p> - Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, HR, finance) to align goals and delivery capabilities.<br/><br/><b>Client Visits & Regional Collaboration :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p> - Visit client sites in the Middle East region as and when required to manage relationships and project deliveries.<br/><br/></p><p> - Param Info will sponsor travel-related expenses including flights and Skills & Qualifications :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p> - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p> - 15+ years of experience in Oracle Applications (Fusion and/or EBS), including delivery and leadership roles.<br/><br/></p><p> - Strong functional and technical understanding of Oracle EBS & Fusion modules such as ERP, Finance, HCM, SCM, EPM, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).<br/><br/></p><p> - Proven track record of growing a practice, building teams, and delivering successful Oracle implementations.<br/><br/></p><p> - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.<br/><br/></p><p> - Willingness to travel across the Middle East Qualifications :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p> - Oracle Cloud Certifications across relevant modules.<br/><br/></p><p> - Experience with GCC clients and understanding of regional business practices.<br/><br/></p><p> - PMP/Prince2 or equivalent project management :</b></p><p><br/>- Minimum 15+ years in Oracle Applications, with minimum 3- 5 years in a Practice Leadership or Delivery Head :</b> Yes, occasional travel across Middle East (Flight & Accommodation provided by Company).</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
