<p><p><b>Location :</b> Offshore India (Remote).<br/><br/> <b>Work Hours :</b> As per EST time zone.<br/><br/> <b>Role Overview :</b><br/><br/> We are seeking an experienced Oracle RICE Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting, data integration, and RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) components.<br/><br/> The role requires a combination of hands-on development skills and functional understanding of FIN, SCM, HCM, and PPM modules.<br/><br/> The ideal candidate should be capable of building, customizing, and supporting data extracts, reports, and integrations in Oracle Fusion Cloud.<br/><br/> <b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/> - Design, develop, and deliver Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions (RICE) components for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.<br/><br/> - Develop and customize reports using BI Publisher (BIP), RTF templates, and eText templates for electronic communications (payments, invoices, etc.<br/><br/> - Work on OTBI analysis and dashboards, and configure BICC extracts for reporting and data migration requirements.<br/><br/> - Design and execute data conversions for FIN, SCM, HCM, and PPM modules, including creation of staging tables, validations, and load scripts.<br/><br/> - Build and maintain integrations using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), including REST/SOAP web services, file-based integrations, and scheduled jobs.<br/><br/> - Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business flows and requirements into technical solutions.<br/><br/> - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize RICEW objects for performance and scalability.<br/><br/> - Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with client-specific standards and security requirements.<br/><br/> - Work with OCI services (object storage, autonomous DB, compute) to support integration and reporting needs.<br/><br/> - Participate in unit testing, SIT, and UAT cycles, providing defect resolution and production support.<br/><br/> <b>Required Skills & Experience :</b><br/><br/> - 6+ years of experience in Oracle Applications development, with minimum 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.<br/><br/> - Strong expertise in BI Publisher, RTF/eText templates, BIP bursting, and XML data models.<br/><br/> - Advanced knowledge of table/ER structures across FIN (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), SCM (PO, INV, OM), HCM, and PPM modules.<br/><br/> - Hands-on experience in OTBI report development and BICC extracts for large-volume data loads.<br/><br/> - Working knowledge of OIC integrations file-based integrations, REST APIs, SOAP services, and error handling.<br/><br/> - Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database object development (tables, views, packages, triggers).<br/><br/> - Exposure to OCI services (Object Storage, Autonomous DB, Compute, Networking).<br/><br/> - High-level understanding of end-to-end business flows in Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, and PPM.<br/><br/> - Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and analytical skills.<br/><br/> - Ability to work independently in offshore/remote model while collaborating with onsite/EST-based teams.<br/><br/> <b>Good to Have :</b><br/><br/> - Experience with ADFDI, FBDI templates and mass data loads.<br/><br/> - Knowledge of workflow extensions/approvals (BPM/AME).<br/><br/> - Familiarity with Agile methodology and DevOps practices.<br/><br/> - Prior experience supporting US-based clients in EST hours.<br/><br/> <b>Education :</b><br/><br/> - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
