Have a voice at our table to help design, build, and operate the next generation of data and analytics solutions as an Associate.Job Requirements :Preferred Knowledge & SkillsAs a Senior Associate in Oracle Integration and API Engineering, you will design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade integration solutions using Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), and API management platforms such as Apigee.

You will collaborate with architects , developers , and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance integration solutions that enable seamless connectivity across systems and applications.

This role combines hands-on integration development with technical leadership responsibilities and mentoring of junior associates.Integration Architecture & Development:Design and implement integration solutions using Oracle SOA Suite components (BPEL, Mediator, Human Workflow, Business Rules)Develop and configure services in Oracle Service Bus (OSB) for routing , transformation , and Protocol mediationBuild reusable service components and frameworks to support Enterprise integration patterns (EIP)Ensure proper service orchestration, error handling, and transaction management across systemsAPI Management & Gateway PlatformsDesign, develop, and manage REST and SOAP APIs using Apigee or similar API management platformsImplement API policies for security, throttling, caching, logging, and analyticsCollaborate with stakeholders to define API lifecycle management, versioning, and governance strategiesEnable secure connectivity between on-premise and cloud systems using modern API gateway practicesIntegration Performance & OptimizationAnalyze and optimize integration workflows for throughput, latency, and reliabilityImplement asynchronous messaging and queuing mechanisms (JMS, MQ, Kafka) for high-volume integrationsTroubleshoot performance bottlenecks, deployment issues, and configuration problems in Oracle SOA Suite and OSBConduct performance tuning and implement monitoring for end-to-end integration visibilityCloud & Hybrid IntegrationIntegrate on-premises systems with cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, Azure, AWS, GCP) using hybrid connectivity patternsDesign and develop integrations between SaaS applications such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Salesforce, and ServiceNowLeverage API gateways and integration runtimes to enable secure hybrid connectivityMigrate legacy integrations to cloud-native architectures ensuring scalability and maintainabilitySecurity, Compliance & GovernanceImplement API security standards including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and mutual TLS for secure communicationManage authentication, authorization, and access control policies across integration platformsEnsure compliance with enterprise security policies, data privacy regulations, and audit standardsCollaborate with security teams to conduct vulnerability assessments and code reviewsAutomation, CI/CD & DevOps IntegrationAutomate integration build, deploy, and test processes using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub ActionsManage source code repositories (Git) and enforce versioning, branching, and release management practicesIntegrate automated testing frameworks and quality gates for continuous integration and deliveryCollaborate with DevOps teams to standardize deployment pipelines for Oracle middleware environmentsMonitoring, Support & MaintenanceConfigure and manage monitoring tools such as Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), Splunk, or ELK for SOA and OSB environmentsDevelop dashboards and alerts for proactive issue detection and service health trackingProvide Level 3 support for production integration incidents and perform root cause analysisMaintain documentation, deployment guides, and runbooks for ongoing support and operationsAgile Delivery & CollaborationWork closely with architects, functional teams, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutionsParticipate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and architecture review sessionsReview peer code, promote reusability, and drive adherence to integration best practicesMentor junior team members and support continuous improvement within agile squadsSoft Skills & Leadership ReadinessStrong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills for complex integration landscapesEffective communication and collaboration with cross-functional and client teamsAbility to lead small teams, review deliverables, and ensure quality and complianceOwnership mindset with focus on delivery excellence, cost efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction
