<p>Job Summary :<br/><br/>We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Utilities Administrator with a strong background in administering Oracle Utilities applications such as Oracle CC&B, MDM, C2M, and associated Oracle Fusion Middleware (FMW) components like SOA, OSB, ODI, and Oracle Analytics Server.<br/><br/> The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with application installations, environment configurations (clustered and non-clustered), system integrations, patching, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.<br/><br/>The candidate will also collaborate closely with infrastructure, DBA, and server admin teams and must demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities in utility application environments.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities :<br/><br/>Installation & Configuration :<br/><br/>Perform installations of Oracle Utilities applications including :<br/><br/>- Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B)<br/><br/>- Oracle Meter Data Management (MDM)<br/><br/>- Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M)<br/><br/>- Oracle Fusion Middleware Applications (SOA, OSB, ODI)<br/><br/>Oracle Analytics Server :<br/><br/>- Set up and configure clustered and non-clustered environments.<br/><br/>- Configure Thread Pool Workers (TPWs) for optimal performance.<br/><br/>Administration & Support :<br/><br/>- Provide administration, monitoring, and maintenance of Oracle Utilities environments.<br/><br/></p><p>Administer integrations between :<br/><br/>- Head-End Systems (HES) and MDM<br/><br/></p><p>MDM and CC&B :<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot issues in WebLogic Server and Oracle utility applications (CC&B, MDM, C2M).<br/><br/>- Perform CMA Import/Export, Java code deployment, Bundles, and Blueprints deployments.<br/><br/>- Apply patches and updates for WebLogic, CC&B, MDM, and C2M environments.<br/><br/>Release & Deployment Management :<br/><br/>- Manage code/configuration deployment, release versioning, and rollback procedures.<br/><br/>- Ensure compliance with OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework) standards.<br/><br/>- Coordinate and support release management, version control, and maintenance schedules.<br/><br/>Collaboration & Communication :<br/><br/>Collaborate with :<br/><br/>- Infrastructure teams<br/><br/>- Database Administrators<br/><br/>- Server Administrators<br/><br/>- Clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and delivery.<br/><br/>- Support other team members with technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance.<br/><br/>Required Skills & Qualifications :<br/><br/>- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Oracle Utilities Administrator.<br/><br/>Strong hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and administration of :<br/><br/>- Oracle CC&B, MDM, and C2M<br/><br/>- Oracle Fusion Middleware applications (SOA, OSB, ODI)<br/><br/>- Oracle Analytics Server<br/><br/></p><p>Solid understanding of :<br/><br/>- Oracle WebLogic Server Administration<br/><br/>- Thread Pool Workers (TPWs)<br/><br/>- OUAF Framework<br/><br/></p><p>Experience with :<br/><br/>- Patch management and upgrades<br/><br/>- System integration between HES-MDM-CC&B<br/><br/>- Code and configuration deployments using CMAs, Bundles, Blueprints<br/><br/>- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of release and maintenance management practices.<br/><br/>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills<br/><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
