Organisation Design Consultant (Mumbai) — DK Org Advisors  
Why this role matters  
Work directly with CXOs, promoters, and PE investors to design future-ready organisation models—and help activate them on the ground.
What you’ll do  
- Support & design:  Work with Senior Consultants to frame problem statements, analyse data, and design fit-for-purpose org models.
 
 
- Co-facilitate:  Plan and run leadership interviews/workshops; surface insights and alignment gaps.
 
 
- Apply OrgD frameworks:  Use proven models (e.g., Star Model, capability maps) to shape structure, roles, metrics, and ways of working.
 
 
- Drive change and culture activation:  Support change management so new designs stick—governance, decision rights, performance routines.
 
 
What you’ll bring  
- Education:  MBA/Master’s (any discipline) or  MA/MSc Psychology (I/O preferred).
 
 
- Skills:  Sharp analysis, crisp communication with senior leaders, confident facilitation.
 
 
- Experience (3–6 years):  OD/Operating Model/Transformation or  adjacent: corporate strategy (restructuring/integration), transformation/PMO, business excellence/process redesign, PE/VC value-creation.
 
 
- Plus:  Multi-industry exposure helpful; Mumbai-based (or willing to relocate); open to travel in India.
 
 
- Mindset:  Curiosity and learning agility over narrow specialisation.
