<p><b>Location : </b> Bangalore<br/><br/><b>Experience required : </b>10 - 15 years.<br/><br/><b>Key skills : </b> People and customer relationship management, Client engagement and stakeholder communication, Pre Sales<br/><br/><b style="background-color: inherit;">Technical Skills : </b>Web and mobile app development, Any programming language<br/><br/><b>Requirements : </b><br/><br/>- 10+ years of strong product development experience including automation, CI/CD, release management, production monitoring & alerting.<br/><br/>- Good understanding of MicroServices and Cloud Architecture, containerisation for large scale distributed internet systems.<br/><br/>- 3+ years of experience of leading and managing a team of 5-10 engineers.<br/><br/>- Experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.<br/><br/>- Proficient in setting and managing SLAs and have proven experience in implementing and managing them in start-up / engineering organizations.<br/><br/>- Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.<br/><br/>- Excellent Java / Python programming and debugging skills and experience with developing detailed technology architecture.<br/><br/>- Experience and knowledge of open-source software, frameworks and broader cutting-edge technologies around server-side development in Java / Python.<br/><br/>- Good understanding of frontend terminology (Angular, React, Mobile Apps etc) and experience in managing new age web application development with<br/><br/>Javascript Framework based Frontend.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns and their application, databases, caching technologies.<br/><br/>- Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br/><br/>- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills.<br/><br/>- Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers.<br/><br/>- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office / GSuite.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.<br/><br/>- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.<br/><br/>- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.<br/><br/>- Ensure resource availability and allocation.<br/><br/>- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.<br/><br/>- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.<br/><br/>- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.<br/><br/>- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.<br/><br/>- Report and escalate to management as needed.<br/><br/>- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.<br/><br/>- Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development Teams to understand client requirements, assess technical needs, and design high level digital solutions, create tailored presentations, demos and PoCs ensure solutions are scalable,<br/><br/>cloud native, and AI enabled.

Support accounting and market growth initiatives.<br/><br/>- Engage in Client Meetings, Presentations, and On-Site Visits to provide technical expertise, and effectively communicate the value of the solutions offered, ensuring client buy-in and alignment with project goals.<br/><br/>- Prepare and Review Technical Proposals, RFP Responses, and (RFP/RFI), accurately estimating resources, timelines, and costs while ensuring the proposed solutions meet client needs and expectations.<br/><br/>- Facilitate Technical Discussions and Workshops with prospective clients to gain deeper insights into their requirements and demonstrate the scalability and effectiveness of the proposed solutions.<br/><br/><b>About the company : </b><br/><br/>Pace Wisdom Solutions is a deep-tech Product engineering and consulting firm.
