<p>Job Summary :<br/><br/>Pansoft Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to join our global team.
The ideal candidate will have 5-12 years of total experience, with 3-8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM.
</p><p><br/></p><p>You will be a key leader in designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end supply chain solutions, with a deep understanding of both Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
</p><p><br/></p><p>A techno-functional background with a strong grasp of integrations, data migration, and reporting is highly preferred.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities :<br/><br/>Implementations & Enhancements :<br/><br/>- Lead and execute workshops to document detailed business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.<br/><br/>- Configure core Fusion SCM modules, including BPM approvals and document styles.<br/><br/>- Design comprehensive end-to-end solutions for P2P (Requisition - PO - Receipt - Invoice hand-off) and O2C (Item - Order - Ship - Invoice hand-off).<br/><br/>- Manage the full project lifecycle, from Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and System Integration Testing (SIT) to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and cutover/hypercare support.<br/><br/>Support & Maintenance :<br/><br/>- Provide L2/L3 incident/problem management with in-depth root cause analysis and drive Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle.<br/><br/>- Plan and execute regression testing for quarterly updates, including impact analysis and communicating new features to the business.<br/><br/>Migrations & Integrations :<br/><br/>- Lead data migrations from legacy systems (e.g., Oracle EBS) to Fusion using FBDI/ADFdi for key objects like Suppliers, Items, and open Purchase Orders.<br/><br/>- Design and validate complex integrations with systems like WMS, finance/AP, and legacy ERPs using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, or file-based methods.<br/><br/>Technical & Reporting :<br/><br/>- Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher.<br/><br/>- Configure security, including custom job/duty roles and data security.<br/><br/>- Utilize SQL for data analysis and use tools like Postman/Swagger for API testing.<br/><br/>Required Skills & Qualifications :<br/><br/>Core Experience :<br/><br/>- 5-12+ years of total experience, with 3-8+ years on Fusion SCM.<br/><br/>- Experience in at least 2 end-to-end implementations and 1 migration (EBS - Fusion or equivalent).<br/><br/>Technical Proficiency :<br/><br/>Expertise in core modules : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Procurement (Self Service, Purchasing, Sourcing), Inventory & Cost Management, Order Management (OM), and Product Management (PIM/PDH).<br/><br/>- Strong hands-on skills in BPM approvals, FBDI/ADFdi, OTBI/BIP, REST/SOAP APIs.<br/><br/>- Solid process knowledge of P2P and O2C.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with SQL for troubleshooting.<br/><br/>Professional Attributes :<br/><br/>- Excellent client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.<br/><br/>- An ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.<br/><br/>Preferred Skills :<br/><br/>- Prior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM exposure (PO, iProc, INV, OM).<br/><br/>- Experience with OIC adapters, PIM extensibility (Application Composer), or light VBCS UI extensions.<br/><br/>- Exposure to other modules like Manufacturing, Maintenance, or Global Order Promising (GOP).<br/><br/>- Oracle Cloud certifications in SCM.<br/><br/>- Experience in the GCC industry or with e-invoicing/government integrations.<br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
