                <p><p><b>About the job</b><br/><br/>Job Title: Business Development Manager<br/><br/>Location: Science City, Ahmedabad<br/><br/>Experience Required: 4 - 7 Years (International Sales)<br/><br/>Website: www.panthsoftech.com<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Take complete ownership of Year-on-Year and Quarterly Sales Targets, including both revenue growth and new client acquisition.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure and account expansion.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive New Business Development as well as account mining of existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Engage with potential clients to create interest, present tailored solutions, and deliver impactful sales presentations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with internal teams to create winning proposals, pitches, and pricing strategies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure sustained revenue over multi-year engagements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Execute strategic account development initiatives to deliver consistent revenue growth and client satisfaction.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline, ensuring predictable business  6-8 years of international sales experience in Digital, IT, or Cloud servicespreferably in USA, Europe, or the Middle East markets.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring a team of BDEs and Inside Sales professionals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrated ability to build a sales pipeline through cold calling, outbound outreach, and strategic lead generation.<br/><br/></p><p>- In-depth understanding of the Digital Transformation, IT Solutions, SaaS, and Cloud </p><p>Ecosystem, capable of delivering quick wins and long-term value.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven track record of winning mid-sized to enterprise clients, especially in the US market.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent account mining and upselling capabilities with a focus on building repeat business </p><p>and increasing account value.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a target-driven mindset.<br/><br/></p><p>- Capable of achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
