<p><p><b>Overview :</b><br/><br/> The Engineering Team at Park Place Technologies India Engineering Center is hiring talented engineers to help us build and ship innovative products and solutions with the latest technology stack to revolutionize our industry.<br/><br/> We seek self-motivated and results-driven individuals with a strong passion for customer obsession, continuous learning, and a commitment to product and engineering excellence.<br/><br/> Our work culture prioritizes openness, trust, diversity and respect fostering a healthy and supportive workplace atmosphere.<br/><br/> If you are passionate about being part of a transformative engineering team, we invite you to join us on this exciting journey.<br/><br/><b>What you will do :</b><br/><br/>- Work with business analysts, product managers to translate functional specifications into a thorough set of test cases, define integration, regression tests to align with product release cycles.<br/><br/>- Continue to work closely with the development teams throughout the software development life cycle to capture additional test scenarios and acceptance criteria covering both functional and non-functional requirements.<br/><br/>- Design, develop manual & automation tests using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks.<br/><br/>- Execute manual & automated tests, analyze the test results and log detailed reports for any bugs found into the defect tracking system.<br/><br/>- Provide subject matter expertise in quality engineering, mentor junior QA engineers, determine best practices and promote them across the team and organization.<br/><br/>- Provide timely and accurate reports to business stakeholders and help them ascertain the severity and priority of reported issues.<br/><br/>- Identify opportunities for automating test cases, workflows and implement automation solutions and analyze results.<br/><br/>- Analyze current test processes, perform gap analysis and drive improvements.<br/><br/>- Ensure test repositories are kept up to date by adding and updating tests, ensuring compliance from team members.<br/><br/>- Ensure test management procedures are being followed and take corrective actions where needed.<br/><br/>- Help in determining best practices and promote them across the team and organization.<br/><br/>- Participate in UAT by assisting end users in troubleshooting, replicating and facilitating resolution for issues found during testing, and validating any fixes required.<br/><br/>- Facilitate coaching and training for non-QA team members regarding quality processes.<br/><br/>- Demonstrate willingness to work on your craft and take initiative in learning new skills.<br/><br/>- Other duties as assigned.<br/><br/><b>What were looking for :</b><br/><br/>- 7+ years of experience in hands on manual and automation testing of enterprise products using Selenium.<br/><br/>- Must have Scripting/programming experience (C#).<br/><br/>- Understanding of web applications, REST APIs and databases.<br/><br/>- Experience in developing and executing maintainable manual/automation tests for acceptance, functional, regression test cases.<br/><br/>- Experience in defining quality metrics to measure product quality.<br/><br/>- Ability to communicate and coordinate formal test plans, test scenarios, test cases and use cases across globally distributed teams.<br/><br/>- Experience in defining and implementing quality processes throughout the release cycle.<br/><br/>- Experience in troubleshooting issues, problem resolution and risk analysis for product deployment.<br/><br/>- Experience in training team members on quality standards and processes.<br/><br/>- A strong problem solver with an excellent work ethic and attitude.<br/><br/>- An eye for detail and the capability to empathize with the product user's perspective.<br/><br/>- Good written and verbal communication skills.<br/><br/> Team player with a can-do attitude, growth mindset towards learning new skills and willingness to take ownership and accountability.<br/><br/><b>Bonus Points :</b><br/><br/>- Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects.<br/><br/>- Experience with running and analyzing data from automated tests.<br/><br/>- Experience with tools like JMeter, Microsoft Playwright etc for developing stress and automated tests.<br/><br/>- Prior programming and scripting experience with.Net/Python/Java.<br/><br/>- Relevant certifications if any.<br/><br/><b>Education :</b><br/><br/> Bachelors Degree required.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
