<p><b>Role Overview : </b><br/><br/></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) to design and lead Pega-based enterprise solutions for large-scale healthcare initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Pega architecture, design best practices, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of Pega PRPC applications aligned with enterprise and project goals.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and enterprise architects to define technical requirements and architecture roadmaps.<br/><br/>- Provide thought leadership on Pega frameworks (HCIF, CPM, Decisioning, etc.) and recommend best practices.<br/><br/>- Perform code reviews, ensure compliance with guardrails, performance standards, and security guidelines.<br/><br/>- Mentor and guide Pega developers and technical leads; provide solutions to complex business and integration challenges.<br/><br/>- Define and implement integration strategies (REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, MQ, external systems).<br/><br/>- Drive reusability, modularity, and maintainability in Pega applications.<br/><br/>- Conduct architecture reviews and performance tuning to optimize Pega application scalability.<br/><br/>- Ensure adherence to Agile delivery frameworks, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :<br/></b><br/>- Education : Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.<br/><br/>- Pega Certification : Pega CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect) mandatory.<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b><br/><br/>- 10+ years in IT with 6+ years in Pega PRPC architecture and development.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in Pega 8.x platform and modern Pega components (App Studio, Dev Studio).<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of Pega integration connectors/adapters, case management, data pages, and decision strategies.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with Pega frameworks for healthcare, BPM, CRM, or claims processing.<br/><br/>- Expertise in Pega performance tuning, guardrails compliance, and deployment management.<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills : </b><br/><br/>- REST/SOAP API, JSON/XML, Kafka, MQ<br/><br/>- SQL/NoSQL databases<br/><br/>- Cloud deployment exposure (AWS/Azure PaaS for Pega) is a plus<br/><br/>- DevOps pipelines (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD for Pega deployments)<br/><br/><b>Soft Skills : </b><br/><br/>- Strong communication and stakeholder management<br/><br/>- Leadership and mentoring capabilities<br/><br/>- Problem-solving and analytical skills<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications : <br/></b><br/>- Experience working in healthcare domain (payer/provider systems, claims, utilization management).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI compliance, and healthcare data standards.<br/><br/>- Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) is a plus.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
