<p><p><b>Location : </b>Remote (Selected candidates must collect laptop from Bangalore or Chandigarh Period : </b>Immediate Joiners Notes :</b></p><p><br/></p>Candidates from JNTU will not be :</b></p><p><br/></p>Excellent communication skills are Overview :</b></p><p><br/></p>We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Testing & Performance Engineering Specialist with strong expertise in JMeter and custom coding.</p><p><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, executing, and optimizing performance testing strategies across diverse systems and architectures.</p><p><br/></p><p>This role requires hands-on expertise in performance engineering, stakeholder communication, and the ability to lead initiatives within Agile/DevOps Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Drive end-to-end performance testing and performance engineering activities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and execute load, stress, endurance, stability, and resiliency tests.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop performance test plans, strategies, workload models, and test cases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Set up and manage test environments, test data, and defect management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform scripting, design, and execution of non-functional tests using JMeter across multiple protocols (HTTP/HTML, REST, Web Services, Queues, async requests).<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct API performance testing and provide optimization insights.<br/><br/></p><p>- Gather NFRs (Non-Functional Requirements) from scratch for performance projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Utilize APM tools like AppDynamics, DataDog for system monitoring and performance analysis.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure performance objectives are met.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor and guide junior team members :</b></p><p><br/></p>- 10-15 years of relevant experience in performance testing and performance engineering.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mandatory & expert-level proficiency in JMeter and custom coding.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong skills in Java/Python programming.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding of hardware/software architecture and system performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven expertise in Agile/DevOps methodologies for performance engineering.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent stakeholder to have :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Experience in frontend performance testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Team leadership or mentoring exposure.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
