<p>Performance Tester </p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>Key Responsibilities :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using Apache JMeter for Oracle Fusion web applications and API endpoints.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with development, functional, and solution architecture teams to understand workflows and define performance test scenarios.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Work with business stakeholders to analyze production usage patterns and translate them into realistic performance workloads.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Conduct performance testing, analyze results, and provide recommendations to improve system scalability, reliability, and stability.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Monitor and correlate application performance with infrastructure metrics using tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Apply performance engineering concepts (throughput, latency, concurrency, resource utilization) to validate application behavior under load.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Support integration of performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps best </p><p>practices.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Write and optimize SQL queries to support performance testing and validation.</p><p><br/></p><p>Mandatory Skills :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with JMeter (scripting and execution).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in Performance Testing methodologies and tools.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in SQL queries.</p><p><br/></p><p>Preferred Skills :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with Grafana, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics for monitoring.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Prior experience with Oracle Fusion applications.</p><p><br/></p><p>Desired Profile :</p><p><br/></p><p>- 59 years of relevant experience in performance testing and engineering.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to pinpoint performance bottlenecks.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
