<p><p><b>Job Title :</b> QA & Performance Test Engineer.<br/><br/><b>Experience Required :</b> 5+ years.<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Gurgaon (preferred) / Remote.<br/><br/><b>About the Role :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are looking for an experienced QA & Performance Test Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our high-volume, low-latency applications.<br/><br/></p><p>The role involves performance engineering, test automation, observability, and integration with CI/CD pipelines to deliver robust and resilient systems.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Design, implement, and execute performance tests for high-volume, low-latency applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define and validate SLAs, rate limits, and performance thresholds under different load conditions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct load, stress, burst, and tolerance testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (response times, throughput, CPU/memory utilization, breaking points).<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure High Availability (HA) and fault-tolerant architectures.<br/><br/></p><p>- Leverage observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK, etc.) for real-time insights.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and maintain automated performance test frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Generate detailed performance reports and benchmarks to track trends and ensure compliance with thresholds.<br/><br/></p><p>- Partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks early in the lifecycle.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b></p><p><p><br/></p><p>- 5+ years of proven experience in QA and performance testing for distributed applications.</p><p><br/></p>- Hands-on expertise with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of performance metrics: response time, throughput, latency, system resource usage.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with scalability testing, resilience validation, and SLA compliance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms (Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK).<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Kubernetes monitoring and resource optimization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong background in CI/CD pipeline integration for automated performance testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of HA and fault-tolerant architectures.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills for performance bottlenecks.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
