We are now looking for a seasoned Performance Tester to join our Pune team to ensure that our systems meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and Summary : </b></p><p><br/></p>The Performance Tester will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance and load tests for enterprise applications across cloud and on-premises environments.
The role requires strong expertise in performance testing tools like LoadRunner and JMeter, coupled with hands-on experience in Azure DevOps pipelines and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace.
Knowledge of modern architectures, including microservices and Kubernetes, is highly Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance, load, stress, and endurance test plans.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analyze system performance metrics and identify bottlenecks in applications, databases, and infrastructure.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to define performance goals, SLAs, and KPIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement performance testing within CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Dynatrace and other APM tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve system scalability and reliability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Simulate real-time scenarios to test applications under various load conditions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prepare detailed performance test reports, dashboards, and trend analyses for stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support performance tuning initiatives for microservices-based applications deployed on Kubernetes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain test scripts, performance test data, and test environments in alignment with organizational Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Strong experience in Performance Testing methodologies, including load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on expertise with LoadRunner and JMeter.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD integration and automated performance testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Dynatrace or other Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and containerization using Skills (Desirable) : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with database performance testing (SQL/NoSQL).<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of DevOps practices and cloud-native deployment : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
