<p><p><b>Job Description : Performance Tester (LoadRunner & Ajax 2.0)</b><br/><br/><b>Position : </b> Performance Tester<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct performance, load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with business and technical teams to understand performance requirements and translate them into test scenarios.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide tuning recommendations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop scripts and scenarios to simulate user interactions with Ajax 2.0-based applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prepare test reports, metrics, and dashboards for stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with developers, architects, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Strong hands-on experience with HP/Micro Focus LoadRunner.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in scripting and executing performance tests for Ajax 2.0 applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of web protocols, HTTP, JavaScript, and client-server architecture.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic) is a plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of performance engineering concepts including throughput, response time, latency, and resource utilization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and troubleshoot issues across application, database, and server layers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.<br/><br/><b>Good to Have : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to JMeter, NeoLoad, or other performance testing tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in CI/CD environments and integration of performance tests in pipelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) performance testing.<br/><br/><b>Education : </b>Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
