<p>Job Title: Compensation & Benefits Role<br/><br/></p><p>Job Location - Lagos<br/><br/>Reporting To Lead - Compensation & Benefits<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- To process monthly salary input, salary advance & Loan and Salary Increment and shared with Finance Team as per defined timeline.<br/><br/>- To process the exit and Full and Final settlement within defined timeline.<br/><br/>- To process the Employee Reimbursements on expenses for all Members as per defined timeline.<br/><br/>- To maintain and update all MIS data reports related to Compensation and Benefits, and employee exits.<br/><br/>- To Co-ordinate with Internal stakeholders for all payment related update and queries<br/><br/>- Ensure timely and accurate processing of benefits for Members, adhering to company policy guidelines, reviewing and approving requests on HRMS portal<br/><br/>- Manage and coordinate the annual increment process for all Members, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all related tasks, including data collection, analysis, and communication, to deliver finalized increment letters to Members within the designated timeline.<br/><br/>Functional Skills:<br/><br/>- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office (especially Excel).<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and data management skills.<br/><br/>- Data Interpretation and Analytics<br/><br/>- Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization as well as internal customers<br/><br/>Behavioral Skills: <br/><br/>- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.<br/><br/>- High attention to detail and accuracy.<br/><br/>- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.<br/><br/>- Good Time Management Skills<br/><br/>Qualification<br/><br/>- MBA 8 - 12 Years<br/><br/>Certifications<br/><br/>- Preferably PHR/SHRM - CP/CHRMP - HR Analysis and other globally recognized HRM specialist valied certificates<br/><br/>Selection Criteria<br/><br/>- 8 to 12 years of experience with an MBA in HR, MSW, or PGDHR, along with a track record of success in the Compensation & Benefit field<br/><br/>- Strong hold on HRSS Software Tool<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, trends, and best practices.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel<br/><br/>Benefits & Facilities provided:<br/><br/>- Fully furnished accommodation along with maid, laundry and security services with a Single status (i.e. Only employee can stay here/Bachelor)<br/><br/>- Indian Food (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) prepared by professional chefs (Indians)<br/><br/>- Local transportation is provided by the company without any charge.<br/><br/>- For local personal expenses the company provides Naira 65,000 per month over and above the salary.
(This is same across the level / designation / role)<br/><br/>- Laptop, Mobile Handset, Sim and monthly re-charge (as per grade) and other Facility<br/><br/>Working Terms:<br/><br/>- Time-off Rotation will be 6 Month working and 21 Days off if posted in Lagos, 6 months ON 30 days OFF, if posted in Plant/Site.
& subsequently followed by every 6 months once (with International & Domestic air ticket provided by the company)<br/><br/>- Workdays & Hours - Six and half day's work<br/><br/>- First salary will be released after 60 Days followed by the salary cycle (Ex: If you join in July, you will get first month salary in September then after that every month you will get regularly) </p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
