<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/></p><p>PharmaACE is a growing Global Healthcare Consulting Firm, headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey.<br/><br/>Our expert teams of Business Analysts, based across the US, Canada, Europe, and India, provide Analytics and Business Solutions using our worldwide delivery models for a wide range of clients.<br/><br/>Our clients include established, multinational BioPharma leaders and innovators, as well as entrepreneurial firms on the cutting edge of science.<br/><br/>We have deep expertise in Forecasting, Business Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, Sales Analytics, and the Analytics Center of Excellence Model.<br/><br/>Our wealth of therapeutic area experience cuts across Oncology, Immuno science, CNS, CV-Met, and Rare Diseases.<br/><br/>We support our clients' needs in Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Hospital business units, and we have managed portfolios in the Biologics space, Branded Pharmaceuticals, Generics, APIs, Diagnostics, and Packaging & Delivery Systems.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>What youll do?<br/><br/>- Partner with a cross-functional team to conceive novel ML/AI solutions tailored to healthcare challenges.<br/><br/>- Own the Proof-of-Concept phase: design experiments, build prototypes, validate impact, and present early wins to stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Build and manage production ready ML models by integrating Python/R analyses with SQL pipelines and intuitive frontand back-ends.<br/><br/>- Turn custom ML/AI models and analyses into reusable products for multiple clients.<br/><br/>- Serve as the point of contactno offshore/onshore handoffs.<br/><br/>- Youll gather requirements, present solutions & guide clients through implementation.<br/><br/>- Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights that drive client decision-making and maximize value-add.<br/><br/>- What youll bring?<br/><br/>- 2 to 4 years experience in healthcare consulting or analytics hands-on with ML-centric projects Deep understanding of healthcare datasets, and business workflows.<br/><br/>- Expert in SQL, Python, and Excel; familiarity with R-Studio, AI & Auto-ML tools is a plus.<br/><br/>- Strong foundation in statistical methods and the ability to select the right framework for unstructured business problems.<br/><br/>- Exceptional oral and written communication crisp, persuasive, and tailored to technical and non-technical leaders.<br/><br/>- Self-starter, detail-oriented and passionate about quality and innovation.<br/><br/>- What awaits you?<br/><br/>- Work on high-visibility projects that directly improve operational efficiency and strategic planning for leading healthcare organizations.<br/><br/>- Your ideas wont just be heard; theyll be built, celebrated, and scaled.<br/><br/>- Join a tight-knit group of innovators where every voice matters, and collaboration fuels creativity.<br/><br/>- Competitive compensation, hybrid work model, and a learning-first environment.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering.<br/><br/>- 2-4 years of pharma / life science consulting job experience.<br/><br/>- High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.<br/><br/>- Strong oral and written communication skills.<br/><br/>- Strong excel and PowerPoint skills.<br/><br/>- Adherence to client specific data privacy and compliance policies.<br/><br/>- Knowledge on various commonly used transactional data assets and others including Volumes/ Value, Rx, Specialty level, Longitudinal Patient level data assets.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
