<p><p><b>About Us : </b><br/><br/>Phyllo is a data gateway that allows social data to be accessed from source platforms (e.g. YouTube, Twitch, Upwork, Shopify, Twitch, etc.).
We build the underlying infrastructure that connects with every creator platform, maintain a live data feed to the systems used by these platforms to manage creators data, and provide a normalized data set so that businesses can use creators data in a simple yet impactful way.<br/><br/><b>About the role : </b><br/><br/>If you love to delight customers and wow them with your technical skills but also enjoy working with engineers on complex problems, this role may be for you.
As an API solutions Engineer, you will manage the day to day contacts and inquiries that are received from our API customers and potential customers.
You should excel at building relationships, enjoy representing a great company and be a highly effective technical problem solver.
<br/><br/><b>What you'll be expected to do : </b><br/><br/>- Assist customers set up integration with our application program interface (API).<br/><br/></p><p>- Understand customers business requirement and help the customer integrate their application, to Phyllos fullest potential.
<br/><br/></p><p>- Embody our core values and uphold our unique company culture <br/><br/></p><p>- Field Customer Support emails and calls about API features, functionality, and integration <br/><br/></p><p>- Be a tireless investigator; Serve as a liaison between our customers and product managers<br/><br/></p><p>- Engage in development discussions to create/improve our internal processes and systems<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot production issues related to our API and document processing <br/><br/></p><p>- Be comfortable using coding samples and snippets of code to communicate with developer clients<br/><br/><b>Requirements : </b><br/><br/>- You can demonstrate and explain API knowledge <br/><br/></p><p>- You can hear a use case and creatively apply our API functionality to solve that use case.
You take ownership of customer feedback <br/><br/></p><p>- You have working knowledge of programming languages.
<br/><br/></p><p>- You have general knowledge of web technologies and related tools.
<br/><br/></p><p>- You demonstrate strong technical writing skills <br/><br/></p><p>- You are a self starter <br/><br/><b>Youll be a good fit if : </b><br/><br/>- 3 to 4 years of experience supporting and solutioning APIs <br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of RESTful web services and architecture <br/><br/></p><p>- Working knowledge of software used to develop in these languages <br/><br/></p><p>- Degree in computer science or equivalent experience required <br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent oral and written communication skills and Strong customer focus <br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to juggle many tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment <br/><br/></p><p>- Self-starter who is excited about technology.
