In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Ping Identity products to create secure, scalable authentication and authorization frameworks that enable seamless user access across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best-in-class security practices, troubleshoot complex IAM challenges, and support the continuous enhancement of enterprise digital security.

This position offers a blend of technical ownership, innovation, and opportunity to work on mission-critical systems within a flexible, remote-first work environment with occasional travel to the office.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Solution Architecture & Maintenance : Architect, implement, and maintain advanced authentication and authorization solutions using Ping Identity products (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingID, etc).<br/><br/>- SSO and MFA Integration : Develop and integrate Single Sign-On (SSO), federated identity, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for web and enterprise applications.<br/><br/>- Environment Connectivity : Build secure connections between on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.<br/><br/>- User Directory & Access Management : Create and manage user directories, access policies, and role-based access controls (RBAC).<br/><br/>- Issue Resolution & Support : Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues; provide production support as needed.<br/><br/>- Cross-Team Collaboration : Collaborate with Security, DevOps, and Application teams to ensure secure access protocols and regulatory compliance.<br/><br/>- Automation of IAM Workflows : Automate provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and other IAM workflows where possible.<br/><br/>- Documentation & Best Practices : Document solutions and contribute to best practices in IAM.<br/><br/><b> Required Experience :</b><br/><br/>- 7-10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with at least 3 years of hands-on work with Ping Identity solutions (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingID, PingDirectory, etc).<br/><br/>- Prior experience supporting large-scale enterprise IAM deployments preferred.<br/><br/>- Track record of successful IAM integrations with diverse applications, APIs, and cloud environments.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills and Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Expertise in Ping Identity suite : Proven experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingID.<br/><br/>- IAM Protocols : Deep understanding of SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, and related standards.<br/><br/>- Directory Services : In-depth experience with LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD.<br/><br/>- Programming/Scripting : Proficiency in at least one of Java, Groovy, Python, or PowerShell.<br/><br/>- Cloud IAM : Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), hybrid deployments, and IAM integration.<br/><br/>- Security & Compliance : Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, MFA, passwordless authentication, and audit requirements.<br/><br/>- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Background :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.<br/><br/>- Relevant Ping Identity or IAM certifications would be a strong advantage.<br/><br/>- Experience in consulting or managed services environments and comfort working with multiple stakeholders.<br/><br/><b>Why Join?</b><br/><br/>- Be at the forefront of digital security transformation for fast-moving enterprises.<br/><br/>- Flexible, remote-first work model with supportive team environment.<br/><br/>- Competitive compensation and opportunity to impact mission-critical IAM systems.<br/><br/><b>Note : </b><br/><br/>This job description outlines the general nature and scope of work for this role.
