<p><p><b>About Pivotree : </b><br/><br/>At Pivotree, our mission is to accelerate the future of frictionless commerce.<br/><br/> We partner with leading global brands to design, implement, and manage complex enterprise-grade eCommerce, MDM, and digital transformation solutions.<br/><br/> By combining deep technical expertise with business insight, we deliver scalable, secure, and customer-centric solutions that reduce risk, lower costs, and enable immersive digital experiences.<br/><br/>We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in leading large-scale IT and digital commerce projects, skilled in Agile methodologies, PMO practices, and enterprise technology delivery.<br/><br/> This is an opportunity to be part of a team driving innovation and shaping the next decade of frictionless Overview : </b></p><p><br/>The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution.</p><br/> This role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage cross-functional global teams, and expertise in IT project governance.<br/><br/> You will also contribute to establishing and strengthening the PMO as a global center of Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Develop, implement, and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for multiple concurrent projects.<br/><br/>- Define project scope, allocate resources, and establish milestones in alignment with organizational objectives.<br/><br/>- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of objectives, accountability, and progress tracking.<br/><br/>- Implement risk management strategies, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues.<br/><br/>- Maintain and enforce governance processes, documentation, and compliance (MSA, SRS, scope agreements, reporting).<br/><br/>- Prepare and deliver executive-level reports on project health, risks, and opportunities.<br/><br/>- Drive Agile project execution while ensuring alignment with organizational PMO standards.<br/><br/>- Facilitate project closure activities, including benefit analysis and lessons learned.<br/><br/>- Establish PMO best practices, expanding its role as a center of excellence for project delivery.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with consultants, senior analysts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of client and internal Skills & Competencies : </b></p><br/>Education : Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred).<br/><br/>Experience : 510 years in project management/PMO, with exposure to large-scale enterprise IT or digital transformation projects.<br/><br/>Certifications : PMP required; Agile/Scaled Agile certifications preferred.<br/><br/>- Proven track record in delivering complex IT and digital projects with measurable outcomes.<br/><br/>- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive global teams.<br/><br/>- Expertise in conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and governance.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (verbal and written).<br/><br/>- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, including JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, and related platforms</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
