Role Overview :
 We’re looking for a B2B Partnerships Manager to build and scale our corporate connect engine.
This person will drive partnerships with companies to onboard internship and placement opportunities for students, while positioning PST as a credible, high-quality source of early tech talent.
 
 This role blends strategic relationship-building, outreach execution, and community creation among recruiters, HR leaders, and founders in Bangalore and beyond.
 
Key Responsibilities:
● Build and manage relationships with companies for internship and placement partnerships.
 
● Confidently pitch PST’s unique model to CXOs, HR leaders, and tech recruiters.
 
● Develop and execute structured outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools.
 
● Plan and execute HR and tech networking events to increase PST’s visibility.
 
● Maintain and scale a CRM-driven pipeline for corporate partnerships.
 
● Collect and share success stories of PST students to strengthen recruiter trust.
 
● Build a recruiter/HR community that drives recurring hiring and referrals.
 
Who You Are:
● Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
 
● Confident in pitching to senior professionals (HR Heads, CTOs, Founders).
 
● Proven 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate partnerships, B2B sales, campus hiring, or EdTech relations.
 
● High ownership mindset and thrives in startup-like environments.
 
● Proficient with CRMs (Zoho or similar) and outreach tools (LinkedIn, email campaigns, dashboards).
 
● Understanding of B2B sales cycles, especially in HR/Recruitment/EdTech contexts.
 
● Familiarity with college placement models
