- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding to exit
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation
- Oversee attendance, leaves, shift schedules, and time office
- Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing
🛠 Plant Manpower Management
- Coordinate with production teams for manpower planning and deployment
- Manage contract labor (liaise with contractors, maintain registers)
- Ensure smooth shift operations and workforce discipline
⚖ Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws: Factories Act, ESIC, PF, Gratuity, etc.
- Maintain statutory registers, returns, and documentation
- Handle factory inspections and audits (internal/external)
🗣 Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as point of contact for grievance handling and conflict resolution
- Foster a positive industrial relations climate at the plant
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and welfare programs
📢 Recruitment & Training
- Support recruitment of plant-level staff, operators, and blue-collar workforce
- Organize induction and onboarding programs
- Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs
🧾 Audit & Reporting
- Prepare HR MIS reports: attrition, headcount, leave, etc.
- Assist in ISO / HR / statutory audits
