Tech/ BE/ MCA<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b> 8+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles.<br/><br/><b>Compensation : </b> Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience<br/><br/><b>Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : </b> <br/><br/><b>About the Role : </b> <br/><br/>Our client is seeking a skilled DevOps Manager to join their team and drive the automation, scalability, and security of our cloud-based infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in DevOps practices, deep hands-on experience with AWS, and a thorough understanding of IT security as it applies to DevOps and cloud infrastructure.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b> <br/><br/>- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to support agile development practices.<br/><br/>- Administer, monitor, and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudFormation, etc.).<br/><br/>- Define and enforce security best practices across development and deployment environments.<br/><br/>- Automate infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.<br/><br/>- Monitor systems performance, ensure high availability, and troubleshoot issues.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with developers, QA, and security teams to ensure safe and secure deployments.<br/><br/>- Implement security controls such as least privilege, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and compliance monitoring.<br/><br/>- Conduct risk assessments and recommend enhancements to improve overall DevOps security posture.<br/><br/>- Stay current with AWS updates and security trends to proactively enhance systems.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications : </b> <br/><br/>- B/Tech/BE/MCA<br/><br/>- 8+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles.<br/><br/>- Strong expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure management.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or similar.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools : Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of IT security principles, especially in DevOps environments (e.g., IAM, secrets management, network security, vulnerability management).<br/><br/>- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS).<br/><br/>- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with log aggregation, monitoring, and alerting tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog).<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications : </b> <br/><br/>- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect).<br/><br/>- Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA).<br/><br/>- Background in software development or SRE.<br/><br/>- Experience with GitOps practices.<br/><br/><b>Why Join our client ?
