The ideal candidate has good hands on coding expertise, deep architectural insight, and experience driving Greenfield development and legacy migrations.
Youll play a strategic and technical leadership role in scaling a platform thats growing at 100% YoY, with exposure to AI/ML environments, modern cloud-native practices, and startup dynamics.<br/><br/><b>Roles & Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Architect and design scalable, resilient, and secure SaaS solutions for 24x7 mission critical applications.
<br/><br/>- Lead Greenfield product development as well as modernization of legacy systems.
<br/><br/>- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to align architecture with business goals.
<br/><br/>- Guide teams in the adoption of modern tools, frameworks, and technologies across the stack.
<br/><br/>- Provide technical leadership and mentorship while remaining hands-on with code.
<br/><br/>- Define and enforce best practices around coding, design patterns, DevOps, and system performance.
<br/><br/>- Engage in high-stakes technical discussions with customers and partners, articulating solutions clearly.
<br/><br/>- Drive architectural decisions for systems involving AI/ML pipelines, data-intensive operations, and real-time analytics.
<br/><br/><b>Skills Required : </b><br/><br/>- Minimum 8+ years of relevant hands-on development experience across backend, APIs, and architecture (preferably with SaaS platforms).
<br/><br/>- Proven experience building and scaling mission-critical, high-availability platforms.
<br/><br/>- Strong experience in both Greenfield application development and legacy modernization.
<br/><br/>- Exposure to or experience working with AI/ML platforms, models, or data pipelines.
<br/><br/>- Background working in startups or fast-scaling tech environments.
<br/><br/>- Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
<br/><br/>- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to lead customer-facing technical meetings and influence stakeholders.
<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a product-oriented mindset.
<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills Set : </b><br/><br/>- Familiarity with tools and technologies like Kubernetes, Kafka, Elastic search, or similar.
<br/><br/>- Experience with observability, monitoring, and performance optimization at scale.
