Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Power Apps Lead to drive the design, development, and governance of enterprise-grade applications built on the Microsoft Power Platform.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse, with a proven ability to lead solution design, manage development teams, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance business applications.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills — guiding developers, aligning with business stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to Power Platform best practices and enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of Power Platform solutions — including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and reusable application designs.
- Mentor and guide a team of Power Platform developers, ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to governance policies.
- Define and implement Power Platform governance, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and environment strategy.
- Integrate Power Apps solutions with SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Azure SQL, and third-party APIs using custom connectors and data gateways.
- Establish security models, data access controls, and compliance practices across environments.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
- Stay current with the Power Platform roadmap, new features, and best practices to drive platform innovation and adoption.
- Create and maintain detailed solution documentation, architectural diagrams, and technical guidelines.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications- 7+ years of experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and API integrations (REST, JSON, XML).
- Demonstrated experience in solution architecture, governance, and environment management within Power Platform.
- Hands-on experience implementing role-based security, performance optimization, and responsive UI design.
- Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE), environment provisioning, and DLP policies preferred.
- Proficiency in Agile project delivery and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600, PL-900) are a strong plus.
