<p><p><b>About the Role : </b><br/><br/></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade business intelligence and analytics solutions.

</p><p><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, Azure Data Services, and Data Modeling, along with a strong understanding of modern data architecture principles.

You will be responsible for shaping the BI strategy, ensuring data reliability, scalability, and visual excellence to empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/><b>BI Architecture & Design : </b><br/><br/></p><p> - Design end-to-end Power BI architecture, including data modeling, dataflows, dataset management, and report governance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Architect semantic data models and implement best practices for DAX, performance optimization, and reusability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop data pipelines and integration patterns using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse Analytics, and Databricks to enable seamless data transformation and loading.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define and maintain data governance, security models, and role-level access controls (RLS/OLS) in Power BI.<br/><br/><b>Dashboard Development & Visualization : </b><br/><br/></p><p> - Lead the design and development of interactive, visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with business users to translate analytical requirements into high-performing, self-service BI solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement advanced DAX calculations, time intelligence functions, and custom visuals to enhance insights.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure dashboards follow UI/UX best practices and adhere to corporate branding guidelines.<br/><br/><b>Data Strategy & Integration : </b><br/><br/></p><p> - Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to define the enterprise data architecture roadmap.<br/><br/></p><p> - Integrate Power BI with various data sources SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Snowflake, Databricks, APIs, Excel, and SharePoint.<br/><br/></p><p> - Optimize data refresh schedules, gateway configurations, and workspace management to ensure high availability and reliability.<br/><br/></p><p> - Contribute to the modern data platform initiatives by leveraging Azure Data Lake, ADF, and Power Platform integration (Power Apps, Power Automate).<br/><br/><b>Governance & Performance Optimization : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Define Power BI governance frameworks, including workspace organization, naming conventions, data lineage tracking, and content certification.<br/><br/></p><p> - Perform performance tuning for datasets, queries, and visuals to minimize load times and enhance user experience.<br/><br/></p><p> - Maintain documentation for data models, KPIs, measures, and architecture standards.<br/><br/></p><p> - Implement DevOps for Power BI including CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for report deployment and version control.<br/><br/><b>Leadership & Collaboration : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Lead and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts, providing technical guidance and career growth support.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with CIO, Data Engineering, and Business teams to align BI initiatives with organizational goals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, present prototypes, and drive adoption of analytics solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure adherence to data privacy and compliance standards (GDPR, ISO, SOC).<br/><br/><b>Required Technical Skills :</b><br/><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Power BI Expertise : </b>Advanced experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query (M Language), and Row-Level Security (RLS).</p><p><br/><b>Data Modeling : </b>Strong knowledge of Star/Snowflake schema, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing concepts.<br/><br/><b>SQL & Databases : </b>Excellent SQL skills;
