<p>Role Area : Power Bi Developer<br/><br/>Job Description : <br/><br/>- Design implementing and develop reporting and analytics solutions.
<br/><br/>- In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL framework.
<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of the Microsoft technology stack (SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services, Analysis Services, Tabular model) <br/><br/>- Experience in creating and optimizing Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, testability, and standardization.
<br/><br/>- Experience in writing advanced queries and transformations with T-SQL.
<br/><br/>- Expertise in building data visualizations with a strong understanding of the chart types which is used to highlight patterns in the data for unstructured and structured data sets.
<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.<br/><br/>- Create data visualizations to drive decision-making.<br/><br/>- Design and implement effective data models.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.<br/><br/>- Optimize performance of queries and visualizations.<br/><br/>- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer.<br/><br/>- Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and M languages.<br/><br/>- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.<br/><br/>- Excellent analytical and communication skills.<br/><br/>- Contribute to how analytical approach is structured for specification of analysis<br/><br/>- Contribute insights from conclusions of analysis that integrate with initial hypothesis and business objective.
Independently address complex problems<br/><br/>- Participate in design of analysis and modeling approach with managers and modelers<br/><br/>- Extremely comfortable working with data, including managing large number of data sources,<br/><br/>Skills Required : <br/><br/>- Minimum 2years of BI Analytics development experience (with a primary focus on Microsoft).
<br/><br/>- Minimum 2 years of Microsoft Power BI experience (Power BI, Power Pivot, and Power Query).
<br/><br/>- Good knowledge in RDBMS concepts and design model.
<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of SQL, T-SQL, DAX or similar database programming technologies.
<br/><br/>- Advanced DAX calculations.
<br/><br/>- Experience in writing advanced queries and transformations with T-SQL.
<br/><br/>- Data Modelling, Analysis, Design, Testing, Development, and Implementation.
<br/><br/>- Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
<br/><br/>- Able to work independently to implement a solution with minimal guidance.
<br/><br/>- Team Handling, Problem-solving, Work Ethics, and Creativity.
<br/><br/>- Advanced Excel, Office scripts, Macros are a bonus.
