<p>Role : Power Bi Developer<br/><br/>Job Description :<br/><br/>As a Power BI Developer, will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our library of reports and performance dashboards.
Power BI Developer will work closely with our cross-functional teams to analyze and represent data Expertise in communicating complex stories with data will be essential in crafting robust and scalable solutions to drive data insights and :<br/><br/>- Work in an agile development environment.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.<br/><br/>- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and clarify reporting requirements.<br/><br/>- Own BI and reporting platform and customer needs<br/><br/>- Establish standard processes in dashboard design, data modeling, and workflow then partner with analysts to implement consistently<br/><br/>- Engineered datasets and reports in Power BI to showcase crucial metrics derived from Microsoft Dynamics<br/><br/>- CRM, contributing to data-driven decision-making within the organization<br/><br/>- Architected and implemented robust ETL frameworks tailored for data warehousing, pivotal in supporting complex dashboards.<br/><br/>- Designed and ensured seamless data flow, integrity, and accessibility to enhance decision-making processes.<br/><br/>- Monitor the performance of BI reports and dashboards.<br/><br/>- Create reports and dashboards using BI tools such as MS Power BI, MS Report Builder and web-based tools to visualize data and key performance indicators (KPIs)<br/><br/>- Partner with our engineering team to drive standard practices and enhance our data infrastructure<br/><br/>- Work with data governance stewards to ensure compliance with data quality and security standards.<br/><br/>- Run and maintain executive and departmental reporting<br/><br/>- Maintain documentation related to data definitions, business rules, and report specifications.<br/><br/>- Provide training to end-users on using BI tools and interpreting reports.<br/><br/>- Remain current with the latest industry trends and best practices in data visualization using AI .<br/><br/>- Build complex dimensional data models and reports from the bottom up<br/><br/>- Audit existing Power BI efforts with a focus on improvement<br/><br/>- Visualize compelling data stories on the report canvas<br/><br/>- Produce KPIs with user-friendly display dashboards<br/><br/>- Collaborate with client's data team to engineer revolutionary companywide data solutions<br/><br/>- Provide skills training both at our client's firms and in public classes<br/><br/>- Develop and implement Ad Hoc and Enterprise Power BI Solutions for our clients.<br/><br/>Requirements :<br/><br/>- Strong experience developing and training BI tool standard processes among analysts and end-users<br/><br/>- High-level SQL proficiency<br/><br/>- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Azure).<br/><br/>- A passion for full-stack data modeling and owning the end-to-end process ensuring data quality with a focus on back-end data modeling<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.<br/><br/>- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
