We are looking for an Electronics Design & Analysis Engineer with expertise in value engineering, avionics knowledge, and electronic component technologies.
The role involves evaluation of electronic circuits and components, cost optimization, and preparing technical and business case presentations to support product development and sustainment activities.

Perform Design and evaluation of electronic circuits and components to ensure compliance with design specifications and requirements.
Conduct technical and commercial analysis of electronic components with a focus on obsolescence management and low-cost alternatives.
Apply value engineering methodologies to optimize existing electronic designs for performance and cost.
Prepare detailed technical reports, design reviews, and presentations for both technical and management teams.
Develop business case justifications including cost-benefit analysis for component selection and design improvements.
Interface with cross-functional teams (design, supply chain, program management) to support project execution.
Stay updated with latest advancements in electronic component technologies and avionics systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electrical / Avionics Engineering (Master’s preferred).
3–6 years of experience in electronics circuit design, analysis, and component evaluation.
Strong knowledge of avionics systems and applications.
Hands-on experience with value engineering and obsolescence management methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for technical documentation and presentation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
