We are seeking a skilled RPA & AI Developer with expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform and Oracle systems to design, implement, and optimize intelligent automation solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building workflow automations, AI-integrated applications, and secure data-driven processes while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.

- Oracle systems: SQL queries, stored procedures, data extraction, and integration

- Custom Connectors: design and development for external/LOB system integration
- Scripting: JavaScript, Python, PowerShell for automation extensions and connector customization
- Azure DLP (Data Loss Prevention): implementation and governance for secure automation
- RPA & Process Automation Best Practices: exception handling, logging, performance optimization
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows and AI-integrated processes using the Power Platform.
- Migrate, modernize, and optimize legacy RPA solutions into Power Platform.
- Integrate automation solutions with Oracle systems, Microsoft Graph API, Custom Connectors, and Dataverse.
- Leverage scripting (JavaScript/Python/PowerShell) to extend automation capabilities.
- Build, configure, and maintain Custom Connectors for third-party or legacy system integration.
- Ensure security and compliance by implementing Azure DLP policies and governance best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline processes, and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve automation solutions for reliability and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in RPA, Power Platform, and Oracle systems integration.
- Proven expertise in workflow automation, AI integration, and secure automation practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving business needs.
