<p><p>About the Opportunity :<br/><br/>We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to design and deliver scalable low-code/no-code enterprise solutions.

</p><p><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming manual processes into automated workflows, building intuitive business applications, and creating data-driven visual dashboards that enable smarter decision-making.<br/><br/>This is a strategic role for professionals who understand both technology and business process optimization, and can seamlessly integrate the Power Platform with broader Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure ecosystems.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>1.

Power Apps Development :<br/><br/>- Design, build, and deploy Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps tailored to business requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain custom connectors and Power Fx expressions to extend app functionality.<br/><br/></p><p>- Utilize advanced Power Apps features such as components, dataflows, and environment variables for reusable, scalable design.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement authentication mechanisms and manage Dataverse integration for secure data handling.<br/><br/>2.

Power Automate & Workflow Automation :<br/><br/>- Design and develop automated workflows that streamline cross-departmental processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure triggers, actions, conditions, and error-handling routines to ensure reliability and resilience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor and optimize flow performance, error management, and throughput for operational efficiency.<br/><br/>3.

Power BI Reporting & Analytics :<br/><br/>- Design and publish interactive Power BI dashboards and reports with advanced drill-down and data visualization features.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop data models, ETL dataflows, and complex DAX calculations for advanced analytics.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with business teams to identify KPIs and reporting metrics that align with strategic objectives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage Power BI workspace governance, access control, and data refresh scheduling.<br/><br/>4.

Integration & Data Connectivity :<br/><br/>- Connect Power Platform applications with Office 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure Logic Apps, SQL Server, and external REST APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement end-to-end integrations between Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for cohesive business insights.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid) for extending app capabilities.<br/><br/>5.

Security, Governance, and Compliance :<br/><br/>- Implement data security best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC), environment governance, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance with organizational data governance frameworks and Microsofts recommended standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain proper documentation and adhere to change management and deployment protocols.<br/><br/>6.

Collaboration & Lifecycle Management :<br/><br/>- Use Git or equivalent version control tools for source code management, environment synchronization, and deployment automation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with business analysts, functional leads, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support production rollouts.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills and Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- 4 to 8 years of professional experience in designing and developing Power Platform solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate (Flows), and Power BI.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Office 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and custom APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Sound understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and SQL query writing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Working knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure Logic Apps, and REST/Graph APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with DevOps practices, version control systems (Git, Azure Repos), and application lifecycle management (ALM) for Power Platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of security, compliance, and data governance principles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Microsoft certifications preferred).<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Experience working with Power Virtual Agents or AI Builder.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, or Dataflows for data integration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to Custom Connector development using REST APIs or Azure Functions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform deployments.<br/><br/><b>Microsoft Certifications :</b><br/><br/>- PL-100: Power Platform App Maker<br/><br/></p><p>- PL-200: Power Platform Functional Consultant<br/><br/></p><p>- PL-400: Power Platform Developer<br/><br/></p><p>- PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
