<p><p><b>About the Role : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are seeking a skilled PowerApps Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PowerApps (both Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and integration with various Microsoft and external services.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to transform requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing applications that improve business processes and productivity.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps, including both Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.<br/><br/>- Integrate PowerApps solutions with Microsoft ecosystem services such as SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and external data sources including SQL Server, Azure, and RESTful APIs.<br/><br/>- Automate business workflows and processes leveraging Power Automate (Flow) to improve operational efficiency.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and end-users to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and translate them into effective technical solutions.<br/><br/>- Customize and extend Power Platform capabilities through PowerFX expressions, JavaScript customization, and the development of custom connectors.<br/><br/>- Ensure applications comply with organizational security policies, data governance standards, and scalability requirements.<br/><br/>- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization for existing PowerApps solutions to enhance reliability and user experience.<br/><br/>- Stay current with the latest Power Platform features, tools, and best practices to deliver innovative and cutting-edge solutions.<br/><br/>- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to end-users and stakeholders to maximize adoption and effective use of PowerApps applications.<br/><br/>- Develop documentation including solution design, functional specifications, and user guides.<br/><br/>- Participate in Agile development processes, sprint planning, and regular team collaboration.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills and Qualifications</b><br/><br/>- 6 to 13 years of experience designing and developing applications using Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven).<br/><br/>- Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate to automate business processes and workflows.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in integrating PowerApps with Microsoft services like SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and external data sources such as SQL Server and Azure.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of PowerFX expressions and JavaScript for customization and extending PowerApps functionality.<br/><br/>- Experience building and managing custom connectors and APIs to enable seamless integrations.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform security model, data policies, and best practices.<br/><br/>- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable PowerApps solutions.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize applications.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to work in fast-paced development teams.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
