The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of hands-on experience working with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI, along with the ability to transform complex business requirements into robust, scalable low-code applications.<br/><br/>This is an exciting opportunity to be a key contributor in delivering cutting-edge business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design, develop, and deploy applications and automation workflows using PowerApps and Power Automate.<br/><br/>- Translate functional and business requirements into technical specifications and effective application solutions.<br/><br/>- Integrate Power BI dashboards and reports into PowerApps to deliver real-time insights and analytics to users.<br/><br/>- Build and customize solutions in SharePoint Online, leveraging Power Platform tools to enhance collaboration and productivity.<br/><br/>- Understand business use cases and design intuitive, user-friendly applications to solve real-world problems.<br/><br/>- Maintain and optimize existing Power Platform solutions to ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals.<br/><br/>- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and project managers.<br/><br/>- Document all technical designs, configurations, and procedures in a clear and concise manner.<br/><br/>- Provide support and troubleshooting expertise for Power Platform solutions.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b><br/><br/>- Minimum 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online and experience building SharePoint-integrated solutions.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to interpret business requirements and design technical solutions that are secure, scalable, and maintainable.<br/><br/>- Experience with PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven), custom connectors, and Power Automate flows.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of data connectors, Common Data Service (Dataverse), and integration with external systems.<br/><br/>- Good understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data visualization.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.<br/><br/>- Strong verbal and written communication skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
